Hot Core


Hot core is a one hour class in the heat mixing a variation of Yoga styles set to music.

Suitable forĀ  beginners and seasoned yogis alike, the focus is on building core strength, accessing deep in to hips, abdominal muscles, lower back muscles and pelvis.
What to Expect
The class consists of a strong standing sequence followed by floor based postures and ending with a soothing savasana meditation
