For those that struggle to meditate alone, this class will help you dedicate time for self-development and stillness. Our weekly sessions will also include inspiring discussions, activities and ways to take care of your mental health.

What to expect
A simple, guided meditation within a safe, relaxed environment. Sometimes we will work with tools such as guidance cards, crystals and sound therapy instruments. Please feel free to bring a notepad and pen.
