Postnatal (mum & baby)


Mum & Baby Yoga is a beautiful class for postpartum mothers and babies from 6 weeks – 6 months (pre crawling). During these classes you will begin to strengthen your pelvic floor, abdomen and core muscles, while releasing tensions in the body, all while increasing flexibility, relaxing the mind and creating a deeper bond between you and your baby in a safe, comfortable environment.

What to expect

This class is gentle and slow paced, covering postures for both you and baby, with focus on strengthening the abdomen, pelvic floor and back. Through interactive play, baby massage and movements, your little one can reap the benefits of Yoga too, helping them sleep longer, improving digestion, developing motor skills and encouraging neuromuscular development. While you have the time and space to breathe, bond, relax and nourish your body and mind.

Please note these classes are completely baby led. If you baby needs to be comforted, fed or nappy changed this is welcomed in class to allow you & baby to feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible and to create a home away from home environment for you both.

Please use the rear entrance via Old Farm Avenue for this class as there is space to leave your pram.
