Restorative Yoga


Restorative yoga is a relaxing and slow paced class with no flow or movement, held up by blocks and bolsters you will relieve the effects of stress and allow your body to deepen into total relaxation.

If you are unable to keep up or enjoy fast paced and high intensity classes, or you just want to take some time to relax, then restorative yoga is for you. It benefits those with physical ailments, who may be too weak to do other activities, those who are recovering from an injury or illness, and anyone stressed or fatigued from their day to day lives.
