Join us for this gentle Vinyasa Flow, where the teacher will lead you through Sun Salutations and you will flow into poses as they explain the positions and adjust your movements. Creating heat in your body you will work on your strength, balance, flexibility and focus. This is a fantastic class to let the worries of the day disappear and give yourself the time to enjoy your flow at a gentle pace.
What to expect
During this class you will work up a sweat by flowing through a Vinyasa Flow sequence, comprised of Sun Salutations and strong poses to create heat and get your blood pumping. The teacher will go through each sequence with you, while adjusting your posture in positions to ensure you are gaining the full benefit of the pose.
