Based on the ancient science of life – Ayurveda and the teachings of Yoni Shakti, menopause yoga is a nourishing practise for women at any stage of menopause and beyond, it supports and empowers women to move with the natural rhythms of life. Menopause yoga is an opportunity to reconnect with your body and feel empowered.
What to Expect
A 60 minute class that will focus on different symptoms of the menopause each week such as hot flushes; sleep difficulties; joint issues etc. Every class will work to relieve tension around the hips, thighs and groin where we often hold emotions such as anger and resentment as well as including some nourishing Yin and Restorative poses to aid restoration of the nervous system.
