Jenny has been teaching yoga since 2006 and is endlessly amazed by how much she learns from her students. Her teaching style is lighthearted, with an emphasis on having fun while developing strength, flexibility, balance and stillness (physical , mental and emotional). Expect to be challenged in Jenny’s classes if you wish, but also to have a giggle and make some friends.
Initially trained in the UK by The Life Centre (now Yogacampus), Jenny has explored and embraced a range of yoga’s styles while training, teaching and travelling around the world. Her first book, Yoga for Travellers, was released in 2014, and has since been translated into Italian and French. Jenny is passionate about sharing her love for yoga, both on the mat and in daily life. Her practice and teaching – like everything – is always evolving.
