How do I sign up for Calm Collective classes?

We take all bookings and payments via our website. Simply register an account with us, choose a pricing option that suits your needs and book your classes via our schedule page.

Our classes can be booked up to 30 days in advance.
The cut off time for class bookings is 15 minutes before the session begins & workshops is 30 minutes.

Can I attend both studio’s with my pass?

Yes! All of our offers, passes & memberships can be used to attend either our Sidcup or Bexley studios

Do I need to bring anything with me?

We offer all equipment at the studio but you are welcome to bring your own.
For Hot classes you will need to bring a towel

Can I attend the studio without being a member?

Of course, anyone can attend classes, events or workshops at the studio.
You do not need to sign up to a membership to join our classes, we offer pay as you go options as well as monthly contracts.

How do I cancel a class?

To cancel a class, simply login to your account, go to your schedule & press “cancel” next to the session you wish to cancel.

Calm Collective has a 3-hour late cancellation policy for all studio classes.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel your visit within 3 hours of class start time, your pass will be deducted as if you attended. There is a £3 fee for Unlimited Pass holders (Unlimited Members & Introductory Offer users)

Early Cancellation: Any cancellation made before the 3 hour window will result in the pass being returned to your account for future use.

No Show: Should you not attend and fail to cancel; your pass will be deducted as if you attended & you will be charged a £5 ‘no show’ fee

Workshops: have a 24-hour cancellation policy & all events are non-refundable. 
Should you cancel before that date you will be given options for transferring your pass to another event or crediting your account.

Online classes: There is no cancellation policy for online sessions, you can cancel up to class start time.

Do you have parking?

There is a 50 car car park directly behind the Sidcup studio via Old Farm Avenue, as well as residential roads, Sidcup station & Co-Op car park.
There are 2 pay & display car parks within 2 minute walk from the Bexley studio, plus side roads for parking.

What do I wear to class?

Wear comfortable exercise clothes to your sessions.

For floor based sessions such as Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga or one of our Sound Therapy events, you may wish to wear extra layers as your body temperature drops during relaxation.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

We offer classes for all ages at Calm Collective.
Our regular studio classes can be attended by anyone over the age of 16.

We do offer specific Kids & Teen Yoga classes alongside our normal sessions.
