Celia Moreno

 My name is Celia,

I have been involved in body movement activities since I was 4 years old when I started dancing classic ballet.

In 2008 I assisted to my first Pilates class. A very deep connection between my body and my mind started waking up and that feeling of power and control made me fall in love with this discipline. That is why, in 2011, I decided to do my first formation as a Pilates instructor followed by others including prenatal and postnatal Pilates.

In 2016, I started practicing Yoga, which brought to me the spiritual and emotional missing pieces to complete a perfect equation between my body, mind, and soul.

In 2018 I moved to London after discovering Acroyoga, a precious opportunity to meet my inner child again and back to play, fail and laugh.

Three years ago I went to India to do my 200h Vinyasa Yoga teacher training and live one of the most transformational experiences of my life.

I love to create dynamic flows, incorporating different tools that I have learned from different disciplines through the years, finding how plastic and delicate our bodies are able to move, achieving a fine balance between strength, flexibility, mobility, and elegance in our bodies, clarity in our minds and peace in our souls.
