Teacher Training Portal

Your Training Journal

As part of your training, you’ll be invited to keep a personal journal. This can be handwritten, or digital whatever feels most natural and supportive for you.

After each training weekend, you’ll receive a reflective assignment. These pieces form part of your journal, giving you space to process what you’ve learned, explore your own experiences, and begin to shape your voice as a teacher.

Alongside your personal journal practice, each assignment should also be uploaded to the training portal. This allows us to support your learning, offer feedback where needed, and ensure you’re meeting the requirements of the course.

This journal isn’t about perfection, it’s about honesty, curiosity, and growth. A place to land your thoughts, notice your patterns, and reflect on how the practice is evolving both on and off the mat.
