Adaptive & Inclusive: Yoga & Mindfulness for Young Women aged 16-25

Our Adaptive Yoga for Young Women class is a safe and inclusive space designed specifically for individuals aged 16 to 25 with disabilities and neurodivergence. This class is centered around the belief that yoga is for everybody and every body, celebrating diversity in all its forms. In partnership with Access Sport, these sessions are partially funded to help reduce your costs! Just £3 per class, plus keep an eye out for a few free special events.

Led by experienced instructors trained in adaptive yoga techniques and sensitivity to diverse needs, this class aims to provide a supportive environment where participants can explore the benefits of yoga at their own pace and level of comfort. Whether you’re a beginner or have previous experience with yoga, all levels of ability are welcome.

Through a combination of gentle yoga poses, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness practices, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our instructors will offer modifications and variations to accommodate different abilities and ensure everyone can fully participate and experience the benefits of each practice.

In addition to the physical aspects of yoga, this class also emphasizes self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-expression. Through guided reflection and group discussions, participants are encouraged to embrace their uniqueness and cultivate a positive relationship with their bodies and minds.

At its core, our Adaptive Yoga for Young Women class is about empowerment, connection, and holistic wellness. It’s a space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and supported as they embark on their journey of self-discovery and personal growth. Join us in celebrating diversity and fostering a sense of belonging within our yoga community.
