Hatha Yoga is the most traditional form of Yoga dating back to the 15th Century. The goal of Hatha Yoga is to obtain self-control and self-discipline over the physical and energetic body.
Vinyasa is a style of Yoga characterised by postures flowing together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using your breath.
Hatha Flow is a blend of two traditional Yoga styles, Hatha (static postures) and Vinyasa (flowing movements)
Power yoga is a fitness-based Vinyasa style of yoga designed to challenge the body and mind.
Hot yoga is a Yoga class featuring the classic 26 Hot Yoga static postures practiced in a room heated between 32-38 degrees.
