Hatha Flow is a blend of traditional Yoga styles, Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. You will flow through a Vinyasa sequence that also comprises static Hatha poses. By mixing both the Flow and Hatha styles you are increasing your blood flow and creating heat in your body by the continuous movements, while allowing your body to open and strengthen in static Hatha poses. This class promotes following your breath and letting it be your guide as you move through the poses.
What to expect
As well as the traditional Pranayama breathing at the beginning of class, you will be lead by the teacher through Vinyasa Flow movements while intermitted with static Hatha poses. This class is perfect for those who enjoy both Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, as well as those new to Yoga who want to experience a fun class that incorporates the best of both styles.
