Pregnancy yoga is a calming and low impact class designed for those in their second and third trimesters. The class focuses on toning and supporting key muscles, and the pelvic floor while in a deeply relaxing environment. You will share the class with others who are going through this journey together and preparing for birth with the aid of yoga and meditation.
