Hatha Yoga is the most traditional form of Yoga dating back to the 15th Century. The goal of Hatha Yoga is to obtain self-control and self-discipline over the physical and energetic body. Through mastery of the physical it becomes easy to master the control of the mind.

What to expect

During these classes you will practice Pranayama breathing techniques and a sequence of static postures which are held between 30 seconds to 1 minute. Combining a steady hold with focused breathing creates a sense of stillness through concentration and balance leaving you feeling calm and energised, before winding down and coming into Savasana (relaxation) at the end of every session.
