Vinyasa is a style of Yoga characterised by postures flowing together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using your breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” Yoga, the steady pace of movement will create heat in your body as you work on your strength, balance, flexibility and focus. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.
What to expect
During a Vinyasa class you will be led through a sequence of postures with each pose flowing from one to another. Warming and opening up the body with Sun Salutations and building on each round with new poses often working up to a peak pose before winding down to stretches and finally a well-deserved Savasana (relaxation)
