Daniela Rosa

Daniela has been teaching Hatha, Yin, Pranayama, and Meditation for two years after training with Akasha Yoga Bali. 

Daniela’s aim as a yoga teacher is to foster self-love and appreciation for all that our bodies do for us. She believes in developing the practice from within, emphasizing that when we nurture our inner selves, the physical body naturally follows.

She creates a supportive and nurturing environment in her classes, encouraging students to listen to their bodies and honor their individual needs. Her teaching style focuses on building self-awareness, mindfulness, and inner strength.

By blending her knowledge of different yoga styles with her passion for acting, she brings a unique and creative perspective to her classes. She guides her students towards self-discovery and self-expression, allowing them to tap into their inner wisdom and find joy in their practice.
