Lucy Clifton

Pranayama (breath work) is a big part of my practice; using it as a guiding force that brings energy and freedom to us as we flow! Breath can also be an extremely powerful tool to connect the mind and body, and furthermore to find oneness with all of the gorgeous humans you’re sharing the space with! In these sessions we are not just working through asana; we are finding balance, flowing with an abundance of affirmation and intention and returning to our power as one.
